FAQ
Questions asked at the desk, answered without a brochure smile
If you came for an African Grand login, start with the first item. If you came to understand the hop, start with the third. If play has stopped being a game, skip to the NRGP number.
Is Savanna Ledger the African Grand casino?
No. This desk is an independent notebook published on africangrand.org. We do not operate a casino, hold player balances, issue bonuses, or staff a cashier. If a search, ad, or rumour sent you looking for an African Grand lobby, you have reached a review paper — not the house.
Why point readers at Springbok instead of an African Grand site?
We cover the mood people mean when they say “African Grand–style play”: a rand cashier, a dusk-coloured lobby, safari-adjacent branding, and a South African-facing floor. The only operator we convert to is Springbok, through a single disclosed affiliate hop. We do not impersonate African Grand, and we do not keep a second outbound casino.
How does the /go/springbok link work?
Every play button on this site points at our own path /go/springbok. Cloudflare Pages answers that path with a 302 redirect to https://go.bestcasino.co.za/springbokcasino. The anchor is marked rel="nofollow sponsored noopener". We are paid if you later register or deposit; that is the whole commercial relationship, and it is disclosed on every page.
Do you run analytics, pixels, or other trackers?
No. Savanna Ledger ships without analytics tags, ad pixels, heatmaps, or third-party fonts from tracking CDNs. Fonts are self-hosted. The affiliate hop is a server redirect, not a JavaScript tracker. If a future editor adds measurement, it will be named in the privacy note first.
What licence does Springbok actually hold?
Springbok’s own banking and terms pages present the casino as operated with Quadgreen N.V. in Curaçao, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Commission, with related payment processing from a UK company. That is not a South African provincial casino licence. Treat licence pages on springbokcasino.co.za as the live source; we do not reprint certificates we cannot audit from this desk.
Is real-money online casino play legal where I live?
South African law treats land-based casinos and sports betting more clearly than many online casino sites. Plenty of adults still play; that does not make this desk a lawyer. You are responsible for the rules that apply to you. If you are under 18, stop here. If you are unsure, do not deposit.
What deposit floors should I expect in rand?
Springbok’s public banking page, noted in September 2026, listed method-specific minimums: Mastercard/Visa from R150, BetterEFT from R51, InstantEFT from R71, and Bitcoin from R250. Wire withdrawals listed a R500 floor. Those figures move. Confirm in the cashier before you send money.
Is there a weekly withdrawal ceiling?
Springbok’s published terms have listed a weekly maximum withdrawal of R25,000. Houses revise terms. Read the live document on the operator’s site, finish KYC before you need a payout, and never play to “unlock” a cash-out.
Who do I call if play stops being recreation?
In South Africa, the National Responsible Gambling Programme (NRGP) takes calls on 0800 006 008. Savanna Ledger is not a counselling service. Springbok also publishes deposit-limit and self-exclusion tools on its own responsible-gambling pages. Use them early, not after a bad night.
How do I reach this desk?
Write to hello@seomighty.com. That is the only contact address we publish. We cannot reset a casino password, trace a bank reference, or speak for African Grand or Springbok staff.
